The rooms were cosy and the staff was amicable. The setting was nice and absolutely perfect. The host was always available and had easy check-in too.

i had evening drinks at konoba fetivi, nestled 1 km away. i loved the host, and the staff was amicable. i was delighted about easy check-in. there were a fridge, a kettle and air conditioner available. got private bathroom with a bath.

The apartment had a kitchenette with all the basics I needed, and a cozy seating area with satellite TV. The free WiFi was a nice addition. Convenient location, close to the ferry port and train station. The patio was a lovely spot.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms? Perfect for those who enjoy sweating through the night.

the location was favourable and cool, within walking distance of an open - air market. they offered smooth check-in. we could enjoy views to the cathedral and harbour.

As longer term business travelers, my girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at Apartmani Dotur. the apartment was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. the owner, Josip, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find that pets were allowed, even big dogs like our Flat Coated Retriever. This is a rare find in Croatia and made our stay much more enjoyable. Josip was always available, even when we had to call him late at night due to our extended trip. He ensured that we had complete privacy during our stay and even helped us with our luggage upon departure. the service provided by Josip was outstanding and truly added value to our experience. We highly recommend Apartmani Dotur to anyone visiting Split, for either a short or long stay.

Friendly and helpful host who even texted us upon arrival to arrange key collection. Great location, just a short walk to the center and close to the beautiful Marjan forest. Huge, clean apartment with everything you need, including a nice window view. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and stable wifi. Excellent value for money at just 20 euros per night for a 2-bedroom apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it amazing value for the price we paid. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Marjan peninsular park and near the old town of Split. We loved being able to live among the locals and experience the city center atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were pretty good too provide excellent service. We were especially grateful when we accidentally left our laptop charger in the bedroom and the host kindly retrieved it and arranged for it to be delivered to our next destination.

Nothing to dislike.

It was perfect for exploring Marjan park and the charming old streets nearby. The apartment was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The owner was friendly and spoke good English. I also appreciated the beautiful view from the apartment and the short walk downhill to Diocletian Palace. I was impressed by the value and would highly recommend this hotel.

Situated in a quiet area amongst the locals, it provides a peaceful and authentic experience. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. The stable WiFi and well-functioning amenities add to the convenience.

Parking can be a challenge due to narrow streets and pedestrian-only zones.
